| 摘 要： | 信息生态平衡与否,规定于作为子系统的信息主体、信息技术平衡与否。演化性、空间性、功能性存在的信息技术和位阶性、利益性、博弈性存在的信息主体,无不存在着非平衡性,因而“平衡的信息生态”不可能。现实中,应充分利用信息生态的非平衡性,以形成和巩固能够持续推动我国信息生态发展的有利态势和格局。

| Abstract: | The balance or unbalance of information ecology was determined by the main body of information of the subsystem, and the balance or unbalance of information technology. The existence of evolution, space and functionality in the information technology as well as the existence of rank, benefits and game in the main body of information, are all internally unbalance, and thus "balanced information ecology" would be impossible. In reality, the unbalance of the information ecology should be made full use of to form and consolidate the favorable ecological situation and pattern which will continuely promote the development of the information ecology of China. |
