人员标注在学习型组织中的应用研究

摘    要:指出在学习型组织中应用人员标注有利于帮助员工在组织内部寻找专家,同时有利于组织提升知识管理和人力资源管理水平等。从协作标注系统原理出发,介绍人员标注的定义和二元结构;然后结合学习型组织的特征,概述人员标注在学习型组织中应用的重要性,并对其进行可行性分析;最后总结人员标注在学习型组织中应用的优势和劣势。

Abstract:The application of people-tagging in the learning organizations, will not only help the staff to find experts in some area or technology within the organization, but also help organizations to improve the abilities of tacit knowledge management and human resource management. Based on presenting the principle of Collaborative Tagging System, this paper introduces the definition of people-tagging and its dual structure, then given to the characteristic of learning organization. The paper overviews the importance of people-tagging used in learning organizations, and analyzes the feasibility. Finally, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages.
