| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 以传染病领域为例，深入调研机构用户对重大公共卫生事件类智库的信息需求，为以用户为中心的传染病智库建设提供决策支持。方法/过程] 通过问卷和半结构化访谈，收集政府机构、医疗机构、科研机构、疾控机构和企业机构5类机构用户的信息需求。利用扎根理论逐级编码，构建传染病智库机构用户信息需求模型。结果/结论] 模型包括影响、认知和实现3个核心范畴，反映满足机构用户传染病信息需求的障碍，用户对信息载体、特征、内容需求和对传染病智库的功能期望。据此对未来传染病智库建设提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Taking the field of infectious diseases as an example, this research conducts an in-depth survey about institutional users' information needs for think tanks related to major public health emergencies, and provides decision support for construction of user-centered infectious disease think tanks.Method/process] Through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, this study collected the information needs of five types of institutional users, such as government institutions, medical institutions, scientific research institutions, disease control institutions and business institutions. This study used grounded theory to code step by step, and constructed the user information need model for infectious disease think tanks.Result/conclusion] The model includes three core categories of impact, cognition and realization. The model reflects the barriers to meeting the institutional users' information needs of infectious diseases, users' requirements for information carriers, characteristics, content, and users' functional expectations for the infectious disease think tanks. Accordingly, the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of infectious disease think tanks in the future. |
