| 摘 要： | 系统介绍第三方数字资源长期保存模式Portico提出的历史背景与发展现状，从机构组织、经费来源、内容保存方式三个方面分析其经营模式，探讨其采取的各种措施，进而分析该项目在保存费用确定及合作机制等方面存在的问题，未我国数字资源长期保存活动的开展提供实践依据。
