| 摘 要： | 社会信息化导致的社会问题可谓多种多样，其中，信息公平问题日益突出，已成为社会密切关注和认真研究的重要课题。针对信息公平问题，对国内外关于信息公平与信息平等的定义、两者之间的关系以及在其他领域的研究等方面进行综述，并在分析相关研究的特点和分歧的基础上，为未来研究与政策选择提出建议。

| Abstract: | There are various problems caused by social informationization,in which the problem of information equity becomes the main problem that is regarded as an important researching problem by the society. Aiming at the problem of information equity, the paper is mainly on analyzing the definition of information equity and information equality, comparing the relationship and discussing the study in other field,and also concluding with some suggestions for future research and policy-making. |
