| 摘 要： | 认为政府信息资源共享是一项系统工程,其路径的选择直接决定共享成效。尽管我国与西方国家的电子政务发展模式有所不同,但西方国家在政府信息资源共享上所采取的电子治理策略对我国有极大的借鉴意义。根据澳大利亚、美国、英国三个国家的政府信息资源共享路径选择的比较研究结果,提出我国应运用电子治理策略,分别在构建协调机制、信息技术利用、多元主体参与、政府信息资源标准化建设等方面进一步完善政府信息资源共享路径。

| Abstract: | The sharing of government information resources is a systematic project, and the choice of path directly determines the sharing effect. Although there are some differences between China and western countries in the e-government development model, the e-government strategy taken by western countries in the government information resources sharing has great significance to China. By comparing the path choice of government information resources sharing among three countries which are Australia, the United States and Britain, China should perfect the government information resources sharing path from four aspects based on electronic governance strategy, including the emphasis of coordination, the use of new information technology, the participation of multiple main body, the construction of standardization of government information resources. |
