| 摘 要： | 技术市场作为多层次资本市场的重要组成部分，其发展受众多因素的综合影响，正确识别技术市场的影响因素非常重要。在分析国内外技术市场发展现状的基础上，从环境因素和市场因素两个方面，包括政治因素、经济因素、社会因素、技术供给因素、技术需求因素，对影响我国技术市场发展的因素进行探讨，旨在建立一个完整的技术市场影响因素体系。

| Abstract: | Technology market as the crucial component of multi-level capital market ，its development being affected by a host of factors, it is very important to distinguish the influencing factors correctly. This paper investigates the influence factors of technological market in China based on domestic and abroad marketing situation and development trend from environment factors and market factors aspects which include political factors, economy factors, society factors, supply of technology factors and request for technology factors, so as to establish an intergrated technology market influence factors serving system. |
