| 摘 要： | 针对特色资源数据库建设和信息超载之间所存在的悖论问题，通过对解决这一悖论常见方式的考察和反思，指出解决这一悖论需要从完善数据库指南、提升把关人和用户信息素质、跨库检索及一站式信息服务和个性化知识门户等方面入手，最终使两者步入良性循环。

| Abstract: | This study shows that the paradox of the characteristic database establishment and the information overload cannot be well solved at present in usual ways. But 4 factors, including the improvement of the database direction information literacy of navigators and library users, one-stop information service and individual knowledge gateway, will play a vital role in settling this problem. And only in this way, will characteristic database and the information overload develop healthily. |
