| 摘 要： | 分析图书馆临时员工的现状及自身素质，肯定临时员工已成为高校图书馆人力资源的重要组成部分，指出临时员工可通过在职培训、馆内业务学习活动、学术交流等途径，系统地接受政治素养和职业道德、心理素养和专业技术知识、能力素养和文明礼貌等方面的继续教育。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the status quo and qualities of temporary staff in college libraries, confirms that temporary staff have become important human resources of college libraries, and explores that temporary staff can systematically acquire further education on political attainments, occupational morals, psychological attainments, professional knowledge, ability attainments and civility through staff training, service learning activities and academic exchanges. |
