图书档案数字化融合服务评价模型研究

摘    要:图书档案数字化融合服务是在资源整合和网络技术的基础支撑下,以保障用户的无缝获取和知识参考为目标的新一代网络服务模式。从用户感知服务质量理论的视角提出了资源获取、资源整合、技术平台和知识参考4个维度,并在文献研究与专家咨询的基础上对4个维度及包含的20个要素进行系统论证。为使定性思辨得到定量验证,运用统计分析法从鉴别度、可靠性、有效性和拟合度方面对模型进行验证,结果表明模型可以有效适用于图书档案的数字化融合服务评价,为数字化融合服务发展和融合实践的测评诊断提供有益参考。

Abstract:The digital convergence service of libraries and archives is a kind of new network service mode, which is built on the resource integration and supported by the application of network technology, targeted on the seamless access and knowledge reference. This paper proposes four dimensions of resource acquisition, resources integration, technology platform and knowledge reference from the view of perceived service quality theory, and makes a systematic argumentation on four dimensions and twenties factors through the literature research and expert consultation. In order to combine qualitative analysis with quantitative validation, it verifies the model in the aspects of discrimination, reliability, validity and goodness of fit with the statistical method. The results show that the model could be effectively suitable for evaluating the digital convergence service, and providing beneficial reference for effectively promoting its development and assessing convergence service practices.
