| 摘 要： | 整合分布于不同政府部门的关于企业和个人的信用信息，为政府、企业、公众提供经济高效的信用信息共享服务，是建立以政府为主导的信用档案共享模式所要解决的核心问题。提出电子政务环境下信用档案“整合--共享--应用”的共享模式，该共享模式由信用档案的整合体系、共享体系和应用体系组成，实现对信用信息的收集、共享与应用。在此基础上，对长三角某副省级城市“政府联合征信系统”的建设案例进行分析。

| Abstract: | Integrating the enterprises and personal credit information distributed in the different government departments to provide cost-effective credit information sharing services is the core issue to resolve to build a government-led credit file-sharing mode. The credit files ‘integrating-sharing-application’ mode under egovernment environment is proposed, which is composed of credit file integrating system,sharing system and application system.At the end of this paper, a case-on a sub-provincial city in the Yangtze River Delta- ‘the Government-Led Joint Credit Information System’ is analyzed. |
