| 摘 要： | 通过综合分析农民工自身因素及外部环境因素，以班杜拉的社会认知论为依据，结合理性行为理论及计划行为理论，构建农民工信息接受行为结构模型，并以广东珠三角地区农民工就业信息接受行为为实证，利用AMOS7.0软件对各潜变量之间的关系假设进行验证。研究结果表明，所构建的模型中大部分变量对农民工信息接受意向有显著影响作用，可以为深入分析农民工信息行为和开展有效的信息服务提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Through comprehensively analyzing the internal factors and external environmental factors of migrant workers, a structure model of information acceptance behavior of migrant workers is built based on the Bandura's social cognitive theory and the theory of rational action and planned behavior. With the employment information of migrant workers in Guangdong Pearl River Delta region, the paper uses AMOS7.0 to testify the hypotheses relationships among the latent variables. The results show that most of the variables in the model have significant influence on information acceptance intentions of the migrant workers. That will provide scientific evidences for deeply analyzing information action of migrant workers and carrying out effective information services for them. |
