| 摘 要： | 混合型图书馆是传统图书馆向数字图书馆过渡的现实运行形态。运用混合型图书馆所强调的系统整合的理念和思想方法,对多样化的信息资源和用户界面进行有机集成,构架图书馆业务机构和人才队伍的新模式,有助于克服数字化信息资源与纸质型文献资源建设、管理与服务中彼此分割的弊病,提高图书馆的整体运行效率。

| Abstract: | The hybrid library is a transitional working pattern between the conventional library and the digital library. With the idea of systematic integration and the methodology of thoughts, the hybrid library should integrate the various formats of information resources and user interfaces, and establish a new model of organizations and staff, which is helpful for, in this way, solving the existing problems in the implementation of digital library projects, such as the separation of the development, management and services of paper-based resources and digital information resources, and improving the overall operation efficiency of the library. |
