摘    要:目的/意义]针对外文期刊数据库内容质量的双库与多库指标的量化,提出基于统一期刊空间的多库比较算法,实现任意多库之间的期刊识别和比对,提高这些指标的量化准确度。方法/过程]在分析外文期刊数据库内容质量指标的内容及其复杂性的基础上,设计基于统一期刊空间的多库比较算法,并利用该算法计算出2018年DRAA中57个数据库的JCR刊数量和独有刊数量指标,作为算法有效性和准确性的验证。结果/结论]作为各种电子资源评价指标系统的延伸研究,本研究能帮助图书馆优化自己的馆藏建设,使得外刊数据库的采购更加经济、合理。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]Aiming at the quantification of double-base and multi-base indicators of con-tent quality of foreign journal database,a multi-base comparison algorithm based on unified journal space is pro-posed,which realizes the journal identification and comparison between arbitrary multi-bases,and improves the quantification accuracy of these indicators.Method/process]On the basis of analyzing the content and complexity of the content quality indicators of foreign journal databases,this paper designed a multi-database comparison algo-rithm based on unified journal space,and used this algorithm to calculate the number of JCR journals and the number of unique journals of 57 databases in DRAA in 2018,as a verification of the validity and accuracy of the algorithm.Result/conclusion]As an extension study of various electronic resource evaluation indicator systems,this study can help libraries optimize their collection construction and make the purchase of foreign journal databases more eco-nomical and reasonable.
