| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]对加拿大公共图书馆的文化扶贫实践活动进行研究,总结其对我国公共图书馆文化精准扶贫的启示。方法/过程]梳理加拿大各省与地区扶贫相关战略文件,探究加拿大公共图书馆参与文化扶贫的政策导向和价值体现,采用案例分析法,以4所具有代表性的加拿大公共图书馆作为主要研究对象,归纳总结加拿大公共图书馆在面向全民的多元素养普及教育、面向儿童和青少年的学习和健康关怀、面向新移民的文化和就业帮扶、面向残障人群的保障服务等方面的服务形式和特色实例。结果/结论]提出对我国公共图书馆参与文化精准扶贫的有益启示:深化社会包容理念,为贫困群体营造开放均等的服务环境;扩大扶贫实践主体合作格局,建构多机构联合扶贫体系;国外借鉴与本土实际相结合,推动文化精准扶贫内容优化提质。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]This paper studied the culture poverty alleviation practice of Canadian pub-lic libraries and summarized the enlightenments to the cultural targeted poverty alleviation of Chinese public libraries.Method/process]By using the case analysis method,this paper combed Canadian provinces and territories poverty alleviation strategy paper,to explore the policy orientation and value embodiment of Canadian public Libraries’par-ticipation in cultural poverty alleviation,selected four Canadian representative public libraries as the main research object,summarized the service forms and characteristic examples of Canadian public libraries in such aspects as uni-versal education of multi-literacy for the whole people,learning and health care for children and adolescents,cultural and employment support for new immigrants,and security services for the disabled.Result/conclusion]It puts forward some useful enlightenments for Chinese public libraries to participate in cultural targeted poverty alleviation;deepen the concept of social inclusion and create an open and equal service environment for the poor;expand cooper-ation among poverty alleviation practitioners and establish a multi-agency joint poverty alleviation system;combine with foreign reference and local conditions to improve the content of cultural targeted poverty alleviation. |
