| 摘 要： | 针对高校数字图书馆信息资源建设成本较高的问题，运用项目管理的思想，将建设项目分成调查与分析、制定标准与方案、实施、提供服务与总结评价4个阶段，具体阐述每个阶段应该实施的成本管理内容，并通过实例总结项目管理思想在数字图书馆信息资源建设成本管理中的重要作用，为高校数字图书馆信息资源建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the high cost problem of the digital libraries’ information resources construction in universities,the paper applies the idea of project management to the information resource constriction project, and divides if into four phases: investigation and analysis, standards and plans making,implementation,services providing and evaluation. Each stage has its specific content in cost management. Then,the paper makes the conclusion that the idea of project management plays an important role in the cost management of digital libraries’ information resources construction, and provids the case of South China University of Technology’s information resources construction in its digital library.The paper think that the other universities can take it for reference. |
