| 摘 要： | 引入“图书馆技术联盟”的概念，对技术联盟产生的必要性与可能性进行分析，指出图书馆数字化建设协作在经历系统同构化共建与大范围资源共知共享共建等阶段后，必然会产生技术力量整合与协作的需求，并对技术力量协作的形式、图书馆技术联盟的目标任务意义及需要注意的问题展开探讨。
