| 摘 要： | 分析关联数据应用于电子政务信息资源语义组织的意义,利用关联数据构建电子政务信息资源语义"关联"组织层次模型,进而从设计思想、实现步骤等方面提出实施对策,最后对电子政务信息资源语义"关联"组织中的标识符唯一性问题、空白节点问题、数据融合问题进行探讨.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the significance of the linked data applied to the semantic organization of e-government information resources, and builds the organizational framework model of e-government information resources semantics associated with linked data. Then it proposes specific implementation of countermeasures in terms of design ideas and processes. Finally, the paper discusses some problems in the field: the uniqueness of identifiers, the blank node, the data fusion, and so on. |
