| 摘 要： | 针对科技成果转化效率低和缺乏知识要素投入等问题，探索将知识管理理论与方法引入成果转化全过程。揭示成果转化与知识管理耦合的战略性、嵌入性、多元性、社会网络性和软管理特性，从成果转化目标、要素、过程的视角系统分析两者的耦合关系，提出三维耦合模型，为促进科技成果转化管理的科学化、知识化提供方法指导。
