| 摘 要： | 通过战争游戏法和企业危机管理特点的比较可以发现两者具有良好的匹配特性，将战争游戏法运用到企业危机管理中会取得良好效果。首先分析战争游戏法在企业危机管理中应用的可行性，其次构建基于战争游戏法的企业危机管理模型，再次阐述企业危机时期开展战争游戏法的步骤和内容，最后指出企业危机时期开展战争游戏法的关键成功因素。
