| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为信息资源的集散地,信息公开是其赖以存在和发展的原则基础。建国以来,由于种种原因,图书馆的服务范围一直没有正式延伸至政府信息公开,但是图书馆在我国政府信息公开实践中并没有缺位。依据我国政府信息公开的实践,将图书馆参与政府信息公开的历程分为"萌芽期"、"转型期"和"发展期"。
