用户信息消费的TPB模型及分析

摘    要:在对国内信息消费论文进行空白点分析之后,提出影响用户信息消费过程三个层次的因素:信息消费目标直接影响因素;个体态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制影响因素和影响用户认知等的因素。基于此影响因素分析,借鉴消费者计划行为理论,构建用户信息消费TPB模型,试图揭示用户信息消费行为模式、相对完整的影响因素及其之间的关系,从而为信息产业营销活动提供理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract:After a gap analysis on domestic information consumption papers, the paper bring up three level factors that influence the users information consumption process: the direct factors that influencing the information consumption target, the factors that influencing individual attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and the factors that influencing users’ cognitive and others. Based on this factors analysis, to use planned behavior theory for reference, the author construct the TPB model of users’ information consumption, attempting to reveal the models of users’ information consumption behavior, the relatively integrated influence factors and the relationship among them, to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the marketing activities of information industry.
