| 摘 要： | 从《中文核心期刊要目总览》与其所选研究对象的出版时差、论文发表与文稿投寄时差和文稿投寄与引文(出版)时差方面进行分析, 认为以文献计量分析方法筛选核心期刊, 实际上反映的还是7年前期刊的真实水平。由于这种时差, 人们在根据核心期刊表评价文献(论文)的学术水平时, 有可能出现优劣颠倒的现象, 从而对现实工作易产生不利的影响。

| Abstract: | By analysis of the time- lag between the General Catalogue of Chinese Core Periodicals and the publication of its research objects, the time ?lag between the publication and delivery of papers, the time - lag between the delivery of papers and the publication of citations, we hold that using bibliometrics to choose core periodicals, in fact, reflects only the real level of periodicals of 7 years ago. Because of the time - lag, we may turn the excellence and the inferior upside down while evaluating the academic level of the literature with this table of core periodicals. |
