| Abstract: | ??Deals with the periodical document as a kind of resource from a completely new starting point, sheds light on the concept of periodical resource; offers the theoritical evidence of periodical resource theory; and reveals the general attributes of periodical resource, which are quality, quantity, time, spatiality and sociality of periodical resource; and compares the distinction and correlation between periodical resource and natural resources, which are the combination of substance and spirit, the infiniteness and high-speedness of forming, the high-frequency and coincidence of exploitation, the substitution and value elevation of resources, the selectiveness and layerness of objects, the dualism of consumption and investment, the individualism and directness of value, and the time and potentiality of interest. |
