| 摘 要： | 鉴于目前国内较少关于数字图书馆馆员与教师合作参与远程教育的探讨，从系统管理思想的角度对数字图书馆和虚拟大学的问题进行讨论，认为数字图书馆、虚拟大学、数字图书馆员、大学教师和学生是一个系统不可分割的组成部分，把数字图书馆和虚拟高等教育隔离开来会给虚拟教育带来损失。
