| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理的两大根本任务之一，组织知识共享是实现知识价值最大化的有效途径。从组织知识共享的形式和途径入手，在分析已有知识共享模式的基础上，鉴于本体的特征及其对于组织知识共享的优势，提出一个基于本体的组织知识共享模型，并以实例介绍和分析实现组织知识共享的关键技术，如RSS技术和基于本体与语义Web的共享技术。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing is one of the two fundamental missions of the knowledge management, and knowledge sharing in organizations is an effective approach to maximize the value of knowledge. In this paper, to implement organization knowledge sharing, because of the characteristics of ontology and its advantages, an ontology based organization knowledge sharing model is presented on the basis of the analysis of the existing model and patterns after the means and forms of knowledge sharing being discussed. Then, the key technologies are introduced and analyzed with practical examples, such as, the technologies of RSS, ontology and semantic Web. |
