| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和资源环境的飞速发展，图书馆文献服务如何充分利用专业优势来满足用户多样性需求，通过探索新的服务形态和模式，争取成为开放的、社会信息服务链中重要的一环。结合近年来上海图书馆的实践案例，就文献服务的资源、馆员、内容、渠道和用户方面的融合趋势，以及个性化网络集成、文献知识的数据挖掘、嵌入用户信息系统的文献解决方案三种创新服务模式，提出了一些总结和思考。

The Fusion of Modes and The Innovation of Paradigms in Document Service |

| Abstract: | With the rapid change in technology and resource environment, the library tries to fulfill various user's information needs through the comprehensive utilization of its unique advantages. It tends to be a critical link in the open and socialized information service chain by proactive probe of new service modes. Three different innovative service modes are concluded and discussed combined with the practices in Shanghai Library. The three modes are: the fusion trends of resources, librarians, contents, channels and users; individualized paperless service and comprehensive data mining of documents; the integration of document service into user's workflow。 |
