Abstract:Knowledge marketing (KM) and competitive intelligence(CI) are two new fields which have being advanced in the business and management of modern enterprises so as to gain its competitive advantages. Based on the concepts and fundamental meanings, this paper emphatically discusses the relationship between KM and CI, and points out that both the parity and differences exist.
