| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 针对企业移动终端App用户，对其信息隐私关注的内在机理进行研究，以进一步丰富信息隐私关注的理论体系，并为企业利用移动终端App进行营销活动和客户关系管理具有重要的指导。方法/过程] 基于感知价值理论和计划行为理论，将信息隐私关注分为感知信息隐私收益和感知信息隐私支出两个维度，结合移动终端App的特点，探讨用户的行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对信息隐私关注两个维度的影响机理，以及信息隐私关注与用户信息披露行为之间的逻辑关系。结果/结论] 最终构建企业移动终端App用户信息隐私关注模型。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to study the intrinsic mechanism of information privacy concerns for enterprise mobile terminal users, which will further enrich the theory of information privacy concerns. Meanwhile, the paper has significant guidance for enterprises that use mobile terminal App for marketing customer relationship management. Method/process] Based on the theory of perceived value and the theory of planned behavior(TPB), this paper divides information privacy concerns into two dimensions, which are perceived information privacy benefit and perceived information privacy expenditure. Combined with the characteristics of mobile terminal App, the impact mechanism of users' behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control on two dimensions of information privacy concerns, and the logical relationship between information privacy concern and user information disclosure behavior. Result/conclusion] A user information privacy concern model for mobile terminal App is constructed. |
