| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 梳理科学研究社会影响力评价的理论模型和指标体系,有利于推动我国科学研究社会影响力评估体系的建立,优化科学研究管理政策实施效果。方法/过程] 基于Web of Science、Google Scholar和CNKI数据库收录的科学研究社会影响力文献,从影响力评估关键知识骨干角度梳理其评价范式、理论模型、评价方法及评价指标。结果/结论] 当前科学研究社会影响力评价范式分为结果导向和过程导向两种,核心理论模型有多维评估模型、SIAMPI模型、收益评估模型、沟通模型、逻辑模型5种,主要从产生条件和结果体系两个维度构建评价指标体系。在创新驱动发展的背景下,科学研究社会影响力评估应坚持科学服务社会的价值导向,加强对评价指标体系测度的可操作性和定量化研究,挖掘与整合科学研究社会影响的多元数据。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Combing the related theory models and indicator systems is benefit to promote the establishment of social impact assessment system for scientific research, and optimize the effectiveness of scientific research management policies.Method/process] Based on the articles of scientific research social impact in web of science, Google scholar and CNKI, the paper reviews the evaluation paradigm, theoretical model, evaluation method and index system.Result/conclusion] Results-oriented and process-oriented are two main paradigms of research social impact assessment. Multidimensional model, SIAMPI model, payback model, communication model, and logic model are five key assessment models. The evaluation index system is constructed from perspectives of formation conditions and results. In the context of innovation-driven development, the research social impact evaluation should adhere to the value orientation that science services to the society, strengthen and optimize the operability and quantitative measurement of research evaluation indicator system, mine and integrate the multiple data of research social impact. |
