| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]针对当今图书馆学研究存在的问题，提出采用规范性问卷调查方法开展图书馆学研究，以促进本学科的发展和全面提升。方法/过程]在引入社群信息学领域"D-7 method"研究框架的基础上，结合"图书馆员刻板印象"课题项目这一具体实例，系统呈现规范性问卷调查法在实证研究各个环节中的具体操作过程，并阐释应用技巧和注意事项。结果/结论]引入"D-7 method"步骤开展研究可以有效地规范和推动实证研究的实际开展。图书馆学的发展方向应是研究方法的规范化和分析工具的普遍使用，规范性问卷调查方法的优势和特点符合图书馆学研究发展的要求，可以进一步普及和推广。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] In view of the problems existing in today's library science research, this paper proposes to carry out library science research by means of normative questionnaire survey.Method/process] Based on the "D-7 method" research framework in the field of community informatics, combined with the specific example of the "Librarian Stereotype" project, this paper presents the specific operation process of normative questionnaire survey in each link of empirical research, and explains the application skills and precautions.Result/conclusion] Using "D-7 method" can effectively standardize and promote the practical operation of empirical research. The development direction of library science should be the standardization of research methods and the universal use of analytical tools. The advantages and characteristics of the normative questionnaire survey method meet the requirements of the development of library science research and can be further popularized and popularized. |
