| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]通过回顾和分析美国学者在高校图书馆治理方面的研究,为国内高校图书馆治理提供一些借鉴和启示.方法/过程]系统梳理美国高校图书馆治理研究,包括对高校图书馆治理内涵的阐述,对高校图书馆治理研究视角演化过程的回顾以及对高校图书馆治理研究维度的分析,进而在此基础上提出几点认识并进行反思.结果/结论]高校图书馆治理有效与否最终取决于其是否有利于图书馆有效性的提升,高校图书馆的治理无固定模式,需要通过高质量决策实现,同时高校图书馆治理研究要采取多视角研究方法进行.

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Through the review and analysis of research on governance aspects of America university library, the paper provides some reference and inspiration for the domestic university libraries. Method/process] It systematically analyzes the governance research in America university library, including interpreting the connotation of governance in university library, reviewing the evolution process of governance, analyzing the research dimensions, and then puts forward some understanding and reflection on this basis.Result/conclusion] The study finds that: whether the university library governance is effective or not ultimately depends on whether it is helpful to improve the effectiveness of the library; the governance of the university library has no fixed pattern; it needs to be implemented through high quality decisions, and needs to take multi-perspective research methods. |
