摘    要:目的/意义] 在分析国内长三角、珠三角、京津冀和长吉图开发开放先导区科技信息资源配置实践进展和影响面向区域创新的科技信息资源配置因素的基础上,构建科技信息资源优化配置模式.方法/过程] 结合科技信息资源的特点,设计科技信息资源配置影响因素评价指标体系,并根据影响因素和配置原则构建科技信息资源优化配置模式.分析区域政府、企业、高等院校、科技中介机构分别为主导的科技信息资源配置模式.结果/结论]结果表明以单一主体进行的配置都不是最优的,面向区域创新的科技信息资源的优化配置需要政府的指导、企业的联合、高等院校的知识创新以及科技中介机构的联合.

Abstract:Purpose/significance] Based on the analysis of science and technology information resource allocation practice progress and factors influencing regional innovation of science and technology information resources allocation in Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Changjitu area, built the science and technology information resource optimization allocation mode.Method/process] According to the characteristics of the information resources of science and technology, designed science and technology information resource allocation influencing factors evaluation index system and according to the principle of science and technology information resource optimization allocation to build science and technology information resource optimization allocation mode. Result/conclusion] Study has shown the single mode of science and technology information resource optimization allocation by government's guidance, enterprise of joint, knowledge innovation institutions of higher learning, the combination of science and technology intermediary agencies is not the most optimal. Study has shown that the optimal allocation of regional innovation of science and technology information resources needs the government's guidance, enterprise of joint, knowledge innovation institutions of higher learning and the combination of science and technology intermediary agencies.
