基于可信小数据的图书馆个性化服务研究

摘    要:目的/意义] 为解决个性化智慧服务中的相关问题,提出一种基于可信小数据的图书馆个性化服务模式。方法/过程] 该模式基于可信小数据的个性化服务需求分析和历史数据的统计,将个性化服务资源推送给读者,并通过对读者小数据的测试和分析,开拓基于小数据的个性化服务推荐形式。结果/结论] 该模式能够缩减服务数据处理的复杂度和时间,保证客户关系系统(CRM)以客户为中心,从而有效提高图书馆个性化服务的质量,满足读者的个性化服务需求。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] To deal with those smart personalized service related issues, in this paper, a library personalized service model based on the trusted small date is presented.Method/process] according to the personal services requirements analysis and previous statistics based on the trusted small data, we build a personalized service model for library based on the trusted small data.The model presents personalized services resources to readers, and through testing and analysis on small data of reader, explores the recommended form of personalized services based on the trusted small date.Result/conclusion] The model can provide a trusted personalized service for readers based on the small date, reduce the server data processing complexity and time, and guarantee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implements among the customer. It can improve quality of personalized service of library, and satisfy readers personalized service needs.
