摘    要:目的/意义] 建立多部门协同管理阅读疗法长效机制模式, 探讨阅读疗法对患者身心健康和医患关系改善的效果。方法/过程] 采用读者决策采购模式优化馆藏结构。利用病区助理、human Library及沙龙等形式对阅读疗法进行深入研究。选择甲乳外科、胸外科、肿瘤内科3个病区患者300例, 随机分为两组, 其中对照组:采用传统的健康教育方式, 干预组对患者采用阅读科研小组提供的相关阅读资料等方法, 应用“以阅读为中心的阅读疗法和交互式阅读疗法”相结合进行阅读疗法干预。用自制阅读效果评价表、SAS、SDS和t检验等方法对读者进行阅读效果评估。结果/结论] 干预组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组。阅读疗法干预后患者满意度得到明显提高。阅读疗法可以改善患者的情绪, 帮助其调整心态, 减轻病痛, 提高战胜疾病的信心, 并积极配合医护人员治疗。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] By setting up a long-term mechanism for the reading therapy of the multi department collaborative management, this paper explores the effect of reading therapy in the improvement of physical and mental health and the relationship between medical personnel and patients.Method/process] This paper takes patron driven acquisition to optimize the collection structure, and uses the assistant of the ward, human library and salon to have a depth study of reading therapy. Three hundred patients of the breast surgery, thoracic surgery and oncology department are selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group is used the traditional health education. The intervention group is used the relevant reading materials, counseling, information platform and other methods provided by the research team of reading, and made the intervention of reading therapy by combined the “read-centric and interactive reading therapy” . Using self-made reading effect evaluation table, SAS, SDS and t test are used to assess the effect of the reading of readers. The scores of SDS and SAS in the intervention group are significantly lower than those in the control group. The satisfaction of patients after reading therapy intervention is significantly improved.Result/conclusion] Reading therapy can improve the patient's mood, adjust the attitude, relieve the pain, improve the confidence to overcome the disease, actively cooperate with the medical staff in treatment, improve the doctor-patient relationship, and play a good role of adjuvant therapy.
