| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 厘清信息管理模式发展脉络，阐明智慧管理的基本内涵和运行机制，解决知识管理存在的问题，研究知识管理的发展趋势，提高信息管理效率。方法/过程] 数据、信息、知识和智慧是情报学的主要研究对象，探讨它们的内涵以及彼此存在递进和并行关系，分析数据管理、信息管理和知识管理的发展逻辑与演化进程。以此为基础，阐述智慧管理的概念、内涵、运行机制及其对知识管理的拓展和发展。结果/结论] 研究表明，智慧管理是适应智慧社会发展的必然结果，也是信息管理模式研究新的增长点。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The paper clarifies the evolution and development of information management mode, expounds basic connotation of wisdom management and operational mechanism,solves the problems of knowledge management,studies the development trend of knowledge management and improves the efficiency of information management.Method/process] Data,information,knowledge and wisdom are main research object of information science,which have progressive and parallel relations between them by definition. The paper analyses data management,information management,knowledge management and the relationship between them. This paper expounds the concept,connotation and operation mechanism of wisdom management,especially its return of management object,promotion of position,precision of content,multiple purpose,small organization and intelligent technology. Result/conclusion] Wisdom management is the inevitable result adapting to the development of wisdom society and to new growth point of information science. |
