| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 科学合理地评价我国各省公共图书馆发展水平,可为促进公共图书馆资源均衡配置和评估定级工作的开展提供有益的参考。方法/过程] 从基础条件、财政支出、资源利用、民众受益4个维度构建公共图书馆发展水平评价指标体系,采用PLS结构方程模型对2012年我国31省公共图书馆的发展水平进行评价。结果/结论] 我国公共图书馆发展水平区域差异显著,东部地区公共图书馆发展水平最优,中部地区次之,西部地区较差。运用聚类分析方法,将我国31个省区公共图书馆的发展水平分为5类。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the provincial public library development level in our country can promote resources equilibrium configuration and offer some beneficial references for the evaluation and rating of public libraries.Method/process] From four dimensions of the basic conditions, fiscal expenditure, resource utilization, and the masses benefit, the paper constructs a public library evaluation index system, and applies PLS structural equation model to evaluate the development level of 31 provincial public libraries in China mainland.Result/conclusion] The research results show that the public library development level of our country remains a significant degree of regional differences, the development level of public libraries in the eastern region is the best, the central region is the second, and the western region is the weakest. By cluster analysis method, the development level of 31 provincial public libraries in our country is divided into five types. |
