| 摘 要： | 通过对知识组织和知识管理进行比较，分析两者之间的相似之处和不同之处，并得出它们之间存在的联系，即知识组织和知识管理是两门不同的学科，但它们又是密切相关的，尤其是当涉及到组织如何利用知识的时候，这种相关性表现得更为明显。最后指出知识组织与知识管理这两门学科相互交叉的部分，从而提出值得进一步研究的领域。

| Abstract: | Recently, researches of knowledge organization and knowledge management have been paid more and more attention. But with the researches of these two disciplines carrying on, we also found that the two disciplines not only has a similar name, but also have some similar research areas. The purpose of this paper is to discuss their similarities and differences, to analysis the relationship between them, and at last, we will identify where they might intersect and provide fruitful areas of research. |
