| Abstract: | The paper compares the different characteristics of computer cataloging system between ALEPH 500 and SULCMIS Ⅲ, including system architecture, original catalogue, authority control, books reservation management, cataloging interface design and statistical function,etc. Some ideas of SULCMIS’s further development are put forward on analysis of ALEPH 500’s advantage and user’s demand. |
