| Abstract: | Reviews the nature and causes of overload. On the base of this, some considerable solutions have been raised, which have been proposed or described to fall into two main categories: managerial and technical. On the managerial side, the key concepts involve some available traditional information handling skills, information literacy building up, policies' summing up for an organization s information dealing, and so on. On the technical side, there are two basic paradigms: filtering information before it reaches the end - user, and customizing the information after it arrives. |
