| 摘 要： | 国外对公共图书馆战略规划的研究始于上世纪后半叶，经过近半个世纪的发展，所开展的研究在关注的视角、采取的相关研究理论等方面均已发生变化。通过对国外公共图书馆战略规划研究现状进行考察，探讨其研究的主要领域，剖析其研究特点，分析其研究的发展趋势，为推进我国公共图书馆战略规划研究提供借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The strategic planning research of public library abroad began in the latter half of the 20th century.After nearly half a century of development,the research perspective and relevant research theory have changed.This paper reviewed the current status of strategic planning study of the public library abroad,discussed the main research topics,analyzed the characteristics and trends of these research.The findings can be a reference for promoting strategic planning research of public library in China. |
