| 摘 要： | 探讨图书馆业务外包，在阐述笔者对图书馆业务外包认识的同时试图从中找出图书馆业务外包中若干争议性问题的答案。简述图书馆业务外包的缘起与涵义，回顾业务外包在图书馆的重要发展，总结业务外包在图书馆4大方面的应用，重点从正反两方面论述业务外包对图书馆的影响，继而引出对图书馆业务外包管理的重要性和方法的论述，最后得出图书馆业务外包管理的关键在于沟通的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper makes an introduction and comparison among the systems of librarians' occupation certification in ALA, LA, JLA and Taiwan of China. On the basis of comparison and analysis, with a view of talents shortage and brain drain in China, the author suggests setting up a certification system for librarians. |
