| 摘 要： | SaaS在中国电子商务企业中的应用越来越多，但在电子政务中的应用却凤毛麟角。分析我国电子政务应用SaaS的可能性，提出SaaS模式下的电子政务系统框架设计方案，并指出我国电子政务在应用SaaS时要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Although SaaS has been applied increasingly by e-commerce businesses in recent years in China, there are few applications of SaaS in e-government. Based on the analysis of the possibility of applying SaaS in China’s e-government, this paper proposes the framework design of e-government system on the SaaS mode, and points out that the problems should be paid attention when applying SaaS in China’s e-government. |
