| 摘 要： | 认为在企业信息流规划过程中，必须严格把握信息流的特点，明确信息流规划目的。针对当前企业信息流规划的难点，从信息流的主体即信息、信源、信道和信宿出发，设计企业的信息流规划方案。指出信息流规划方案是整个规划过程的总体指导，不仅涉及对现有信息流的规范，还包括在此基础上构造新的信息流，并针对企业需要对所有信息流进行重组。同时，信息流规划的有效实施需要企业各方面的积极配合。

| Abstract: | During the course of planning information flows, it is necessary to grasp the characteristics of information flows and clarify its aim. In accordance with the difficulties in the information flows planning, this paper outlines the planning project for enterprise information flows from the aspects of information, source, channel and target. The authors point out that the project is an overall guidance to the planning process including not only the regulation of current information flows but the construction of the new ones and the reorganization of all information flows in enterprise as well. Meanwhile, the effective implementation of the project depends on the coordination of the each part in the enterprise. |
