| 摘 要： | 我国城市区域性图书馆门户的构建，存在简单易用工具的开发以及建立充分
展示城市区域特色的信息资源模式和服务模式问题;如何争取区域社会各界的大力支持和
降低经营成本问题;较发达的城市如何为促进整个国家的信息、文化交流作贡献等问题。
阐述城市区域性图书馆门户的概念及六大特征:区域性、系统性、政府性、公益性、开放
性、稳定性等。构建城市区域性图书馆门户，需要建设者在经费来源、门户内容、特色
服务、技术系统、联盟系统等方面进行通盘考虑。

| Abstract: | There are some problems with the construction of the portal of our country's urban regional library, such as the development of easily to use tools, the building of information resources and the service mode that can fully exhibit the urban regional feature, the way to strive for getting the support from people from all walks of life of the region so as to reduce the operating cost, and the way of more developed cities how to promote the information and cultural exchanges of the whole nation. In this paper, the concept of portal of the urban regional library and its six major characteristics are explained. The six major characteristics include regionality, systematics, government, public welfare, openness and stability. The author thinks that in order to construct the gateway of the urban regional library, the source of the funds, the content of the portal, the special service and technological system, and all federated system need to be studied in every possible angle. |
