| 摘 要： | 在科学管理与人本管理比较的基础上,提出图书馆应坚持科学管理与人本管理、科学精神与人文精神相统一;并简要分析现行图书馆规章制度的缺失及其修订完善所应遵循的基本原则。指出,管理体制“软件”现代化是图书馆现代化建设不容忽视的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison between scientific administration and humanistic administration, the paper points out that the library should insist on the unification of scientific and humanistic administration, as well as scientific and humanistic spirit. It also discusses the defects in current library administration and the principles for the reforming work, and points out that the modernization of the administration "software" plays an important role in the modernization of library work. |
