| 摘 要： | 对英国伦敦创意店进行分析。探讨这类集传统借阅服务、数字化服务、终身教育、社区整合功能为一体的现代化图书馆在国际大都市内的兴起对构建一套符合相应发展趋势和发展需求的评估体系的启示。这套评估体系，视野需覆盖图书馆的传统服务和现代化服务，在功能方面，需同时实现评估现代化图书馆发展成效和引领其发展水平的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the rise of the new modern libraries——Idea Stores in London, which combine the best of traditional library and information services with first class lifelong learning opportunities in comfortable and friendly surroundings. This paper also gives comments on these new modern libraries' enlightenment to constructing the evaluation index system of metropolitan libraries, which should cover the traditional and modern library serices, could evaluate and lead the development of modern library simultaneausly. |
