| 摘 要： | 以我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务现状为研究目标，抽取70余所国内高校图书馆为样本，通过网上调查的方法，对其数字参考咨询服务的开展程度、服务方式、服务水平和服务质量等方面进行研究；在总结所取得成绩的同时，着重对存在的各自为政、缺乏统一规范和协调机制等主要问题提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the development status of the digital reference service of Chinese academic libraries by using an internet survey of 70 samples. On the basis of the analysis, it also summarizes the achievements of the digital reference service. Then some solutions and suggestions are made for the development of the library digital reference service in China. |
