高校图书馆个性化服务“重点读者”的模式创新

摘    要:从确定读者的主体地位入手,探析了高校图书馆个性化服务“重点读者”的缘起,提出了个性化服务“重点读者”的做法和途径,论述了由静态服务变动态服务,单向的被动服务为双向交流的主动参与服务,是高校图书馆个性化服务“重点读者”模式的一种创新。实践证明高校图书馆坚持优先重点、兼顾一般、区别对待、协调发展的指导方针,是做好个性化服务“重点读者”工作的一条行之有效的方式。

Abstract:In this paper, the main status of the readers, the origin of individuation service--- main readers in higher school library was studied, put forward the method of individuation service---important readers, discussed the transformation of static service to the dynamic service, the unilateral and passive service to the double direction and initiative service, and it is the innovation on the model of individuation service---important readers in the library of university. Facts proved that it was a valid way to stick to the principle of emphases priority, giving consideration to the general, discrimination, developing harmoniously.
