| Abstract: | Discusses the development of knowledge management ( KM) , and presents that the management core of KM is the management of intellective knowledge. Through analyzing the characteristics of the KM core, the authors probe into the realizing way of the management core, and point out that intellective knowledge management is a key to the sustainable development strategy of library service. |
